First of all is the way you draw. I just love it how you draw the hair! It gives the highlight to this picture xD i love the effects you did on it
The face is really cute, it really brings out her character :>
Then the anatomy. The pose is great! I can't draw something like that yet! I think it's really awesome.
Next is your coloring. Wahh i absolutely love the coloring of the cape, robe, dress whatever that thing is! It has all the details it needs ^^
And i suddenly noticed that your lineart is quite thick, i think you should try making it thiner next time xD
I think the wings also need more detail in coloring
The background is very simple , yet so cute xD creatively done bro.
